My goal for a residency is to create and inspiring and comfortable environment for students to work and have fun making art in. I hope to enhance personal expression, decision making skills, and confidence through the art that is being created.

Students learn the basic techniques first, the are able to move the projects in their own personal directions. My ultimate goal is to challenge students to appropriately push the limits of the lessons by experimenting and following their own instincts and personal ideas while creating their art.
